Refund policy
30-Day Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of the day you receive it for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we pay. We send you a prepaid return label and refund the full amount, including any delivery costs.
- Change of mind (wrong size, colour, or you simply don't want it): the customer pays the cost of return postage. There are no restocking fees, hidden charges or deductions from your refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@chrissieandlo.com within 30 days of receiving your order, with your order number and a short note about the return.
- We reply within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with return instructions — and a prepaid label if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
- Send the item back to the return address below. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible — unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. Items returned used, damaged or outside the 30-day window may be refused or refunded in part.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us straight away, ideally within 7 days of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement, including all postage and return costs, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Non-Returnable Items
None. Every item sold by Chrissieandlo can be returned under the conditions above, including sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we confirm by email and issue the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
