1. Who We Are
Chrissieandlo is an online fashion store operated by Fritten Factory Berlin UG, a company registered in Germany under number HRB 282989 B, with its registered office at Friedrichstraße 171, Berlin, Berlin, 10117, Germany. We sell to customers in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from, and returns are processed at, our warehouse at Lane 1177 Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, 315100, China.

2. Products and Descriptions
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, images, sizes, colours and compositions are accurate and up to date. All textile products are labelled in line with the Textile Products (Labelling and Fibre Composition) Regulations 2012. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but not for orders already confirmed. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express — see our Payment Policy.
4. Orders and Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation email. We may refuse an order if an item is unavailable, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we cannot verify payment; in that case you are refunded in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping to the United Kingdom is free. Orders arrive within 4–12 working days (Monday to Friday), counted from the day you place the order; that figure already includes the 1–2 working days we take to pick, pack and dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. We extend this to 30 days under our Return & Refund Policy. To cancel, email info@chrissieandlo.com or use the model cancellation form in section 12.
7. Returns and Refunds
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we pay return shipping and provide a prepaid label; for change-of-mind returns the customer pays return postage. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is damaged, faulty or not as described you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we cover all associated costs including return shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery.
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.
11. Governing Law and Complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, email us first and we will do our best to resolve it within 24 hours on business days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
