Shipping Area and Cost
We ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping is free on every order — there are no delivery charges, minimum order values or hidden fees. Every parcel is sent tracked.
Processing Time
Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed before 6:00 PM start processing the same business day; orders placed after 6:00 PM start the next business day.
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to pick, pack and dispatch your order. This is part of the 4–12 working day total shown below, not extra time on top of it. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays.

Total time from order to delivery: 4–12 working days (Monday to Friday). This figure already includes the 1–2 working days we take to dispatch, so it is not added on top. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier, customs or weather delays.
Carriers
Depending on the parcel, your order is delivered by Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS or Evri.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number or order number.
Where Orders Ship From
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Ningbo, China (Lane 1177 Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, 315100, China). All import duties and taxes for UK deliveries are included in the price you pay — you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by emailing info@chrissieandlo.com with your order number. After 24 hours your order may already be in processing; in that case please wait until it arrives and follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete address or because it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
